Coffee Emporium creates a place for connection within and beyond our Cincinnati community.

Everything we do is guided by our mission: Make someone’s day brighter. We use environmentally and socially aware means to serve our community the best coffee/food in an approachable, fun, and caring way to promote and encourage connections.

We are looking for committed individuals who are passionate about growing inclusive, authentic relationships while sharing their passion for really good coffee grown, processed, and produced by people doing really great things. With relationships being the foundation of our operations, we are seeking individuals with long-term, full-time availability. Our minimum requirement for our team members is 24 hours/week, including at least one weekend day.

Kitchen Team Member

Our kitchen production team, based in Norwood, OH, supports the preparation and execution of high-quality food items for our cafés and catering. This position involves prep cooking, baking support, packaging, and maintaining sanitation and organizational standards in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We’re a passionate and positive team driven by hospitality, sustainability, and a shared mission: to create meaningful experiences through food and connection, while honoring the people and places that make it possible!

Roasting Haus Team Member

The Roasting Haus Team connects our farmers, chefs, and local partners to our friends at home and far away. From packing coffee and fulfilling orders to helping with cold brew production and deliveries, Roasting Haus Team Members are essential in crafting consistent, memorable coffee experiences.  This role is a collaborative, hands-on position that bridges production, quality, and logistics.
