Guji coffee refers to specialty-grade Arabica beans from the Guji zone in the Oromia region of southern Ethiopia, a region known for producing complex, fruity, and chocolaty flavor profiles.
Once grouped with Sidamo, Guji gained recognition for its unique characteristics, including notes of peach, blueberry, and chocolate, along with a smooth, complex mouthfeel. Grown by traditional farming communities in a heavily forested area, it is available as single-origin specialty coffee, often processed using the natural method.

Region: The Guji zone in the south of Ethiopia.
Farming: Grown in a heavily forested environment by native Guji people who often intercrop coffee with food crops.
Bean Type: Primarily heirloom varietals of the 100% Arabica type.
Processing: Undergoes the natural (dry) process, where beans are dried under the sun on raised beds.
