Guji coffee refers to specialty-grade Arabica beans from the Guji zone in the Oromia region of southern Ethiopia, a region known for producing complex, fruity, and chocolaty flavor profiles.

Once grouped with Sidamo, Guji gained recognition for its unique characteristics, including notes of peach, blueberry, and chocolate, along with a smooth, complex mouthfeel. Grown by traditional farming communities in a heavily forested area, it is available as single-origin specialty coffee, often processed using the natural method.

  • Farming: Grown in a heavily forested environment by native Guji people who often intercrop coffee with food crops.
